Self-awareness is key for both ourselves and team members when building the trust and alignment required to succeed. Holding a mirror up to ourselves can be daunting, but it’s a key step in acknowledging strengths, areas of development, motivators, and values. Our complexity of character can bring challenges which should be understood and acknowledged.
Time to Bee uses a range of tools to gain insights into understanding personality, preferences and motivations to provide the base from which to develop coaching programmes upon. We can use these at both an individual and team level, allowing the flexibility to focus on where, when and how is most suitable.
Time to Bee founder, Maria, is Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and also a certified practitioner for Hogan assessments.
Known as the Gold standard of coaching, ICF credentialed coaches have met stringent education and experience requirements in addition to adhering to strict ethical guidelines.
