I’ve always been fascinated by how people react to change and how adaptable (or not!), they are. Whilst trained as a psychologist and coach, most of the last 30 years has been spent leading teams within a global CPG environment, providing fabulous opportunities to test what really makes the difference in delivering successful and sustainable change.
