Time to Bee:
Our Founder’s Story

I’ve always been intrigued by People, sufficiently curious enough to begin my career in Occupational Psychology. This early training allowed me to observe what made people ‘tick’ at work, and how to effectively design the working environment, empowering employees to bring out their best. Reflecting on my last 30 years across operational, and leadership roles, I found all too often that people could lose their motivation to achieve greatness, whether it be through poor strategic intent, mis-aligned goals, lack of supportive leadership, sub-optimal processes or poor communication, to name but a few.

The challenges and expectations on Leaders in todays operational environment are huge and complex. The struggle is real, I know because I’ve been there. Whether it’s developing a new Business Strategy to address changing demands, re-structuring an organisation, transforming the ways of working, or driving high performance within teams, these are all usually on top of ‘the day job’. Carving out time to seek support or upskill yourself on topics such as these, whilst driving your functional agenda, is often challenging.

I set up ‘Time to Bee Consulting’ to provide tailored packages to support Leaders, Teams and Individuals to achieve greatness. Business Partnering to provide specialist expertise, facilitation, or coaching, we aim to create a high functioning and supportive network. Just as the Bees develop and sustain their hives in the perfect example of efficiency and effectiveness whilst mastering support and harmony with the environment in which they operate.
